No. Mana Ohana Transport provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

Yes. We provide vehicles and equipment for ambulatory, wheelchair, gurney, bariatric, and assisted transports, based on the level of service requested. Please inform us of your needs when scheduling.
How far in advance should I schedule a transport?
We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day requests may be available depending on scheduling and vehicle availability.
Can you pick us up from the airport or the port?
Yes. We offer airport and cruise port pick-up and drop-off services, including mobility assistance. Advance scheduling is required.
How can I make a payment?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment details
will be provided at the time of booking.
Can I have someone ride with me?
Yes. One escort or caregiver may ride along at no additional charge, provided
space and safety guidelines allow
Do I need to go to a medical appointment to use your

No. While we specialize in medical-related transportation such as dialysis, therapy, and clinic visits, we also provide transportation for airport travel, senior events, hospice visits, and other non-emergency needs.
Can I schedule recurring appointments?
Yes. We offer recurring and standing appointments, including dialysis and
other routine medical visits.
Do you serve all of Oʻahu?
Yes. We proudly serve all of Oʻahu, subject to availability.
Do you accept insurance?
Not at this time. Mana ʻOhana Transportation is currently privately operated and self-pay only. We look forward to working toward accepting insurance in the future.
Do your drivers help passengers get into the home or clinic?
Yes. Our trained drivers provide door-to-door and door-through-door assistance (non-medical), helping passengers safely enter and exit homes, clinics, and facilities.
