Mana Ohana Transportation picked me up today for an appointment and the driver, Melanie, was extremely professional and great at conversation. Answered a lot of questions I had about transportation services on island in general and let me pick her brain about food we both like and best place to get fresh fish lol. Melanie and JR are absolutely terrific in handling gurney transport most days to/from dialysis for my father. Most importantly, my father has nothing but great things to say and he’s always well cared for, safe, and transported on time, every time. My father is not an easy transport because he’s a big guy but has gotten weaker since a fall at home. JR and Melanie have come to be looked at as family, even including my father in their thoughts when they prepare meals for their family at home, bringing a portion for my father. Ohana Mana Transportation has allowed my dad to live at home but he requires dialysis 3-4 days a week and doctors visits in between. Thank you JR and Melanie from our family to yours. Mana Ohana transport had been there for us in our most desperate times. They are compassionate, thoughtful, caring and empathetic to my dear Dad, whose body is failing him but is mentally aware and absolutely love Melanie and JR, ( the owners). We are so thankful and blessed to have come across this wonderful transport company that has become part of our family and that spoils my dad with delicious home cooked food!
