Clients are responsible for ensuring that all booking details (date, time, pickup/drop-off location, and contact information) are entered accurately and diligently to avoid scheduling issues. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation or service disruption.
